MHANYS Journal: Strength in Community Vol. 3

We’re thrilled to announce the release of the third edition of the MHANYS Journal: Strength in Community. The theme of this edition is transitions, which can be one of the most challenging parts of life. Whether it’s the shift from one school year to the next, changing communities, or the ever-evolving landscape of our society, transitions shape us all. In this issue, we share stories, program insights, and resources to support individuals and communities as they navigate change with opportunities to enhance literacy and build resilience.

Inside the magazine, you’ll also find in-depth features on our mental health literacy and advocacy programming, including opportunities for skill-building to help others or advocate for change. Our mission remains unwavering: to provide everyone with the knowledge and strategies needed to sustain mental health and wellness throughout life.

We invite you to read, learn, and grow with us as we continue to build a healthier and supportive future together.
